The Swiss Laos Hospital Project is a Swiss non-profit organisation that has been working for 25 years to improve healthcare in Laos. Our doctors and nurses work on a voluntary basis, and we are funded entirely by donations.
To support our work, we are looking for a
Head of Fundraising
(Part-time – flexible hours – voluntary)
In this role, you will develop fundraising strategies and put them into effect. In particular, you will identify suitable foundations and submit funding applications. You will be supported in this by the heads of the our working groups (gynaecology/obstetrics, neonatology, general practice, psychiatry, hospital management).
Initially, you will work closely with the Executive Committee and attend its meetings (once a quarter) as an non-voting member. From summer 2026 onwards, you will become a full member of the Executive Committee (subject to election by the General Assembly).
You have experience in fundraising for non-profit organisations and a connection to the healthcare sector. You enjoy working independently and are able to dedicate about half a day per week to this work.
